Royal Ride Jordan, limousine and concierge services across Jordan. This policy explains what information we receive when you send a booking request through our website, why we use it, where it is stored, and how to contact us about it. It applies to details entered in the public booking form and to a conversation you choose to start with our team.

Information we collect

The booking form collects the details you provide to describe your request. These include your full name, phone number, email address, and country. Trip details include the travel date, pickup time, whether the request is one-way or round trip, pickup point, destination, number of passengers, luggage count, and flight number. The form also includes a message or notes field for information you choose to add. You can leave details that are not relevant to your request blank where the form allows it.

How we use it

We use booking details to receive and review your request, contact you about it, and understand the transport or concierge arrangements you are asking about. The team may use the details you provide to clarify the request and discuss the next steps with you.

We also use website analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to help improve it. Analytics is enabled only after you accept through the consent banner. Declining analytics does not prevent you from sending a booking request or contacting Royal Ride Jordan.

Analytics and cookies

The website uses Google Analytics 4 through Firebase and Google Analytics for site measurement. Analytics does not load unless you accept the consent choice shown on the website. If you decline, analytics remains disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser using localStorage so the banner can remember your selection.

To change your choice, clear this website’s stored site data in your browser. The consent banner can then appear again and let you make a new choice. Browser settings and labels differ, so use the site-data or storage controls provided by your browser.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Booking requests are stored in our booking system, which uses Google Firebase and Firestore. Royal Ride Jordan’s team views the requests to respond and handle the services being discussed. The information is not published as part of the website.

We keep booking information only for as long as needed to respond to your request and handle the service you ask us to arrange. We do not state a fixed retention period on this page.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Booking requests are available to our team for handling your enquiry. WhatsApp is used only when you choose to continue the conversation there; you decide whether to open WhatsApp and what information to send in that conversation.

You can choose to contact us by phone or email instead of continuing through WhatsApp.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask to access, correct, or delete information in your booking request. Write to the contact address below and explain what request you mean and what change you are asking for. We may need to ask a follow-up question to identify the request before acting on it.

You can decline analytics in the consent banner. If you have already made a choice and want to change it, clear the website’s stored site data in your browser so the choice can be made again.
